Andrea O’Neill Opportunity Framing Perspective
This concept grew from four focused conversations with Christine and members of Snowflake’s Brand Marketing team. Those discussions surfaced an opportunity not only to streamline the team’s work, but also to bring brand guidance in earlier when work originating elsewhere in Snowflake carries brand implications. The perspective brings together my experience in brand strategy, AI enablement, and the human dynamics of ownership and adoption. It is intended as a starting point for discussion and refinement.
More than just a library of AI Agent Skills
Embedded Brand Intelligence
Bringing trusted brand guidance into Snowflake workflows at the moments that matter.
The human reality
People naturally become invested in the ideas they help create.
When brand guidance arrives only after a name, narrative, or piece of content has taken shape, even valuable feedback can feel like correction rather than collaboration.
A library of AI skills helps, but still depends on people recognizing when brand guidance is relevant and knowing what to invoke.
Imagine guidance intuitively embedded in the work.
What if Snowflake’s agentic layer recognized when a user prompt or project calls for brand guidance? Without slowing the work, it could apply the right template, ask a few focused questions, route the task through the appropriate brand resources or channels, and recommend solutions using existing Brand AI Skills. No friction. No barriers. Just embedded, intuitive support, feedback, and routing.
